Perrin-Whitt CISD is having a Bond Election.
On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, voters in Perrin-Whitt CISD will vote on the district’s $28,220,000 bond referendum.
Why is Perrin-Whitt CISD having a bond?
Over the last year and a half, time has been dedicated to data collection, evaluations, and planning to assemble a bond package for the Perrin-Whitt CISD community’s consideration. After evaluating the future of Perrin-Whitt CISD, it was voted unanimously to seek voter approval for a $28,220,000 bond issue.

The bond will include district-wide safety and security updates, including ADA & life safety code compliance renovations to the Elementary wing.
ADA & life safety code compliance renovations include:
Cafeteria/Storm Shelter (Accommodates all students, staff, faculty, and administration for elementary and secondary schools on site)
New interior corridor connection to the existing Elementary wing
Existing Cafeteria Security Renovations (Provides new secure vestibule at secondary school wing, new front office space attached to secure vestibule, and new classrooms as space allows)

The average age of facilities in Perrin-Whitt CISD is 43 years.
The bond package includes renovations to the Elementary wing, a new cafeteria that includes a stage and storm shelter, new Ag/CTE Shop, new group restrooms and concessions, and re-sodding the new football field.
